C.A.V.E.S. Vacuum Forming Machine

The C.A.V.E.S.®, or Compressed-Air-Venturi-Effect-System is a machine that has the capability to form up to ¼" by 22" by 22" heated plastics to a mold of choice.

The draw is roughly 8½" and powerful enough to reach a vacuum of 29.4 in/Hg or negative 14.4 psi at the table/platen.

It has a configureable frame with tooling to allow a quick changeout to form smaller sizes.

This system is used for making things like headlight lenses, interior pieces, emblems and much more.
