We do not process credit card payments on our site.

We do however use PayPal as our payment gateway, which is managed and owned by Level 304 Media. With this in place, we never store customers financial account information on our website.

Physical Invoice Terms

Paper Form: Absolutely no returns on custom built parts or digital files sent. Deposit may be required before work is started. Parts left for 21 business days may also be sold or scrapped to collect accumulated costs or potential overhead. Customer authorizes work and acknowledges that Texas Property Code § 70.001 is in effect on this or any other sale made by this company, and is enforced by signature of invoice issued or replied email with invoice attached.

Online Use Agreement: You understand that this tuning device and/or file is changing the engine and transmission functions, and oem base tune to the vehicles PCM/ECU (Powertrain Control Module/Engine Control Unit). You also understand in the event of catastrophic failure in the vehicle, with or without the tuning loaded it is not the responsibility of The Lincoln Mark VIII Tuning Registry, Level 304 Media Productions, Owners and Operators of either; or any of their partnering distributors or companies. You further acknowledge you are using this device at your own risk and not a SCT Device in the State of California on a pollution controlled vehicle.

Use Key Agreement: The condition for owning a Use Key for our tuning templates is simple. You agree that proper use of the software for the motor vehicle you are calibrating or testing is your responsibility and priority. You agree that selling or distribution of data to another party for a fee is prohibited and in no way supported by us. Only the RLO (Registered License Owner) is supported in any way, and non-RLO requests for support will be denied. Licenses are not transferable without proper authentication and a deployment of a new key is granted. The software we use is free for anyone due to it not being developed in any way by us. You can support the developer by registering the software to your computer if you choose. The software included is 100% functional without registering it with the developer, and it will never expire. The templates (XDF or ADX) are 100% non-refundable. Tune files included with the purchase of the package are considered to be used at your own risk, and may need further adjustments or dial-in's to accommodate your particular combo. While access is granted to a majority of what you would need to address in a tune file, there may be limitations of access depending on your region.

Blanket Agreement Using Our Products or Services: You understand that we do not sell or advertise products or tuning files that defeat vehicle emissions components. We do not encourage you to pollute the air we breathe. If you use software that has emission deleting functions, we reserve the right to decline the sale of our tuning files, products and services all together.You agree there will be no SCT device sent to the State of California, and the request for the invoice will be denied for such items that violate our policy.

Intellectual Property Notice: The XDF's deployed with the Tuning Software Packages are property of The Lincoln Mark VIII Tuning Registry and Level 304 Media Productions. The reverse engineering of any XDF (supplied from the beginning a Use Key) is considered to have unsupported access to the tuning addresses that have been pre-configured solely for the user. When correct agreements have been made by the end user and The Lincoln Mark VIII Tuning Registry, the XDF may be unlocked for developmental purposes. This includes for software/hardware configurations, remote sessions needing a reconfigured component, or customer purchasing the unlock code. When the unlock code is supplied to the end user, all support stops from The Lincoln Mark VIII Tuning Registry; and further, the end user is waiving all liabilities envolved with tuning, updates or support to them. At no point will a customer have a complete and valid unlock by using the compare feature in the software. If it is used to regenerate our property, the initial Use Key is voided and no further updates or revisions will be granted from that point on. Our formulas used in the ECU binary structuring are not all Z factor populated, so be careful if you decide to do this.

Pricing and Availability

We stock over 900,000 products in our warehouses and clearly have nowhere near that on our online store. With that in mind, we are only human and cannot always guarantee the price or product info is up to date on the site. If you ever have any question, please call us. Also, the prices are subject to change without written or verbal notification from The Lincoln Mark VIII Tuning Registry or it's sole managing partner Level 304 Media.

Warranty

All Warranties on this part are the Manufacturers. We will offer the best service if a defective product is needing attention. Our manufacturers WILL NOT warranty any tuning device, or any add-on component due to user error. Understand this please.
