MAF Calibration Multiplier
This is used in tuning the 1993 to 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII. The factory injector size is 24# which is what the system is set up for. To use the multiplier, you would still need to address the injector hi/low slopes, crank fuel, pulsewidth and battery voltage with the correct info.
If you are using a slot style MAF in place of the standard, fuel system scaling will be needed.

MAF Multiplier Conversion
If the air meter you are using is setup for different injectors than you are running, you need to do the following; Add the new MAF Calibration that is Calibrated for the injectors, then use the multiplier on the Y Axis of the MAF Transfer Function.
