The 1994 Farm Find

This car was basically sitting on a Kansas farm collecting everything from critters to thick, fine grained dust. Litterally rotting away with no one to care for it.

It belonged to a family relative and was at one point a daily driver. When one February day my wife and I were up there for a funeral and noticed it sitting barried between some trees.

While trucking our cousin to her parents house to get her car, my wife said "look babe, it's your car".. I saw the condition it was in and said "hey wonder if they'll sell it".. Our cousin (in the truck with us) said "oh you mean that old thing, you can have it"

I was like okay sure.. Well, it was a done deal.. They really did want it off of their farm. So, I rented a trailer and brought it home then fixed everything that was wrong with it.

The rest is history. Now it sits back on air ride with full manual control and reserve tank. Driven daily and cared for with everything on the car working as it should.
