Where Tune Files and XDF's can be loaded if requested. This is mainly used for the Dealers / Satellite Tuners to grant access to files for their customers.

After a revision for another person using your file or a new custom tune is created for someone you are assisting with Satellite Tuning, it will be shown in here (but not in your specific Account Portal as a download) as well as an order under your past orders. You would have been given an access code to give to them with directions on where they enter the specific code to allow the download. If the file(s) is/are loaded in here, it is most likely because you requested it to be for security reasons, or to have the end user grab it without sending it manually yourself. This helps us track the progression and also assists in revisions from all Satellite Tuners and us.

The Access Code is a Promotional Code that makes the price $0.00. The Product ID (numbers you see below) will be sent in the order notes of the ORIGINAL ORDER, along with the Promotional Code / Access Code so know how to view these.

If you REALLY want to download and pay for someone else's tune file, that probably won't work for you anyways go ahead. Just remember that digital files are non-refundable.
