Customer Purchases - Alternate Download Method

Where Tune Files and XDF's can be loaded after Purchase. This is also used for the Dealers to grant access to files for customers.

After you purchase a file for yourself or another person using your file, or request a revision it will be shown in here or in your Account Portal. You would have been given an access code with directions on where to enter the specific code to allow the download. If the file(s) is/are loaded in here, it is most likely because you requested it to be for security reasons, or to have the end user grab it without sending it manually.

The Access Code is a Promotional Code that makes the price $0.00. The Product ID (numbers you see below) will be sent in the order notes of the ORIGINAL ORDER, along with the Promotional Code / Access Code so know how to view these.

If you REALLY want to download and pay for someone else's tune file, that probably won't work for you anyways go ahead. Just remember that digital files are non-refundable.
