Moates Flash & Burn Utility to program F3V2 / F3V3 chips, Quarterhorse and some other compatible J3 chips. You will have to research which others work.

This is not needed if you have TunerPro R/T and use it with our XDF's.

This is ONLY needed if you have an old Moates F3V2 or newer F3V3 Chip and JayBird Burner and need to load a tune file to your compatible chip.

If you are Using TunerPro R/T, this is built in.
