We load tunes to your newly purchased device usually on the day, or day before shipping them out. When you send a device to us, this can be within 24-48 hours of receiving it. This keeps us from being overwhelmed with placing tunes in folders or portal accounts all at once.
When buying a revised or custom tune, we usually have them loaded to the portal within 24-48 hours. This only applies to downloadable files.
